The Shoreline Lake Forest Park (LFP) Lacrosse Club was founded in Shoreline, Washington in 2012 by Steve Weaver, a native of the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York, to bring youth and high school lacrosse from the shores of the Puget Sound to the banks of Lake Washington. Recognized as Shorecrest by the Washington High School Boys Lacrosse Association (WHSBLA) since 2013, the Varsity team consists of student athletes primarily from Shorecrest High School and Shorewood High School, and competes as a part of the WESCO Conference.
After folding in 2017, the program reemerged in 2019, and serves both K-12 Boys and Girls programs.

Big ups to class of ‘23 @shorecrestathletics alum @ryan.ederer on being named the MCLA Week 1 Warrior National Player of the Week…the first of the 2026 season! Ryan is a @wwumlax Face-Off Specialist.
ATLANTA- Sophomore Ryan Ederer turned in a dominant performance at the faceoff dot to propel Western Washington University to a 14-11 win over Division I University of Washington. The Shoreline, WA native won 20 of 26 faceoffs and collected 15 groundballs and consistently gave the Vikings possessions that allowed them to control the game and get the win against the Huskies. Ederer earned the first Warrior Player of the Week of the season as a result of his exploits against Washington.
Western Washington Head Coach Tyler Farrar said, “Ryan has put in a tremendous amount of work this offseason and early season to take on the FOS role, it was great to see his efforts rewarded by winning 20 of 26 draws giving our team a big advantage in a close game against a quality opponent.”

Space Needle Shootout: we crashed hard out of the gate Friday night, but steadily improved with every new game. We finished the weekend off eating a dub, and more importantly, began to establish a newfound identity that should serve us well headed into Spring.
Proud of our boys for fighting hard to improve, especially our newer kids who had to get thrown into the fire against top elite teams from the PNW.
Great to be able square up against @izzilloyd , one of our youth stalwarts now at Mount Si.
