The Shoreline Lake Forest Park (LFP) Lacrosse Club was founded in Shoreline, Washington in 2012 by Steve Weaver, a native of the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York, to bring youth and high school lacrosse from the shores of the Puget Sound to the banks of Lake Washington. Recognized as Shorecrest by the Washington High School Boys Lacrosse Association (WHSBLA) since 2013, the Varsity team consists of student athletes primarily from Shorecrest High School and Shorewood High School, and competes as a part of the WESCO Conference.
After folding in 2017, the program reemerged in 2019, and serves both K-12 Boys and Girls programs.

⚡️SENIOR SPOTLIGHT⚡️
Riley Curtis Campbell a.k.a. Curt- Goalie - # 1
Shorecrest High School
Riley just started playing this year and took his experience playing catcher in baseball to tracking the ball as a goalie. He quickly picked it up and became a favorite teammate, so much so that he entered our first two Varsity games to raucous cheers and tallied some saves.
Don’t let Riley’s mellow nature fool you though, cause he wants to come out of the cage and bury somebody hard, sometimes leaving a trail of friendly fire in his wake. He is a genuinely smart kid who has a penchant for gathering data and statistics and working it into his conversations and debates. He is funny and is of true character, which will help guide him towards interesting opportunities in the future.

Huge congrats to Kai Sokolowski of Shorecrest on being selected as a USA Lacrosse All-American Midfielder for WA state, 1 of only 13 overall selections. 🫡 . He is our second student athlete to have one of the highest honors in the sport bestowed upon him, after attackman and former teammate Ami Miller ‘23 of Shorecrest was selected his senior year.
What an endcap to a stellar high school career before Kai heads off to @griffsmlax in the Fall to level up.
Thanks @kai_soko for all of your leadership, for coaching and inspiring our youth, and for treating us with so many electric performances over the years! Words can’t express the impact you have had across our organization and we are going to miss you dearly!
