FOUNDED IN 2012

Reestablished in 2019

The Shoreline Lake Forest Park (LFP) Lacrosse Club was founded in Shoreline, Washington in 2012 by Steve Weaver, a native of the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York, to bring youth and high school lacrosse from the shores of the Puget Sound to the banks of Lake Washington. Recognized as Shorecrest by the Washington High School Boys Lacrosse Association (WHSBLA) since 2013, the Varsity team consists of student athletes primarily from Shorecrest High School and Shorewood High School, and competes as a part of the WESCO Conference.

After folding in 2017, the program reemerged in 2019, and serves both K-12 Boys and Girls programs.

Please join us to share in a celebration of the life of Adam Weybright.

Please RSVP,Link in Bio

This will be a special time to gather to share stories and memories of an amazing man, a father, a husband, a son, a brother, a teacher, a coach, a friend. A really outstanding person who left us all far too soon.

We ask friends and family to digitize and share any photos that you have of Adam throughout his life. Please write out stories or make audio or video stories, so that his kids can hear all the memories that he can’t share with them. Even the ones I have to wait to share till they’re older. (More info to come on where to do the digital drop.)

During the event, we will have time to sit in groups of friends and family through different parts of Adam‘s life. We ask that you select and bring 4 copies of printed photos and written stories. You will also have time to write out memories while we’re together. The idea is that we will create 4 scrapbooks, one for each of his children, Miles, Emmett, Isabella, and Elizabeth. This will be an important and special way for us to keep him with us and to see the profound ways he impacted so many people and made this world a better place by just existing and being him. 💜

We look forward to a beautiful day celebrating Adam! Please share this message with all those who would like to join. I will also be following up with an evite to help us track who will be attending. Give someone you love a hug and when you see a crow, think of Adam and smile.
