The Shoreline Lake Forest Park (LFP) Lacrosse Club was founded in Shoreline, Washington in 2012 by Steve Weaver, a native of the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York, to bring youth and high school lacrosse from the shores of the Puget Sound to the banks of Lake Washington. Recognized as Shorecrest by the Washington High School Boys Lacrosse Association (WHSBLA) since 2013, the Varsity team consists of student athletes primarily from Shorecrest High School and Shorewood High School, and competes as a part of the WESCO Conference.
After folding in 2017, the program reemerged in 2019, and serves both K-12 Boys and Girls programs.

JV Boys got some sunny games in for once at the Summer Solstice to officially end the 2024 Sholax Spring season
We are deeply saddened about the passing of former player Jacob Eshenbaugh, Shorecrest class of ‘22. Jacob is fondly remembered by coaches and players as a gritty, tenacious player who fought hard for his teammates both on and off the field.
Jacob and his brother Kenyon started playing in 3rd grade and found a love for the sport. Jacob left a large impact on his teammates and our program with how he carried himself, especially in times of adversity. He will be missed dearly and his legacy will live on as a model for how to be a great teammate and mentally strong player. Rest in peace # 9.

7 - With the opposing team all yelling “he’s a righty!” Frankie Crocenzi ’26 dodges down the left alley and scores with his left through contact.
6 - Pearse Kelly ’24 isolates himself behind the cage and quickly changes course to his weak side for a quick backhanded score to the far pipe untouched.
5 - Jensen Pierre ’25 dodges from the Z-line down the right alley and is met by 4 defenders that he spins 360 degrees around and fades for a far pipe rip and score.
4 - Sawyer Snow ’25 starts on an in bounds ball from X, fakes a pass, dodges through 4 defenders and scores on an underhand shot to the far pipe with one defender on his arms and another in his face.
3 - Kai Sokołowski ’26 receives a long pass from Gus from up top and dives to the left of the cage while being hit by a recovering defender. He fakes high mid-air and shoots low before landing in the crease and into the back of the net.
2 - Pearse Kelly ’24 uses his defender as a screen, crouches down mid-stride and torches a sidearm rip just inside the close pipe.
1 - Kai Sokołowski ’26 receives a ball 5 yards up from GLE and on the side of the restraining box. He tucks his stick behind his body and below his waist while winding up to hide the ball from view, changes levels and shoots an overhand blast over the top into the far top corner. He rips the extra thick net off of a hefty “Signature” goal.
