Evan Markus- Bagpiper
Lakeside School
Although Evan attends Lakeside, he has been our piper for most of our home games since his freshman year, and continued all the way through his senior year. He has led us into battle with strict cadence and structure, and provided fans with half-time shows with a variety of his favorite songs. Evan has been known to join huddles during timeouts, as he has become a lacrosse fan, and enthusiastically roots on his teammates.

Stuart Liddel. He is one of the best bagpipers in the world, but he didn’t come from a bagpiping family; he did it through hard work and practice. And he is humble, kind, and teaches kids like me to play. I even got to play soccer with him once between lessons at a bagpipe camp for kids.

I like theatre and musical theater and have been lucky to be part of several shows.

Kai had an epic Spring to close out his Senior year:

- Medalled finalist at DECA International
- Medalled finalist at DECA Regionals
- 3rd season as Shoreline 5/6 coach
- Shorecrest Highlander of the Month (May) nominated separately by Principal Schwentor for school spirit and enthusiasm, and Marketing teacher Mr. Cameron for leadership at DECA events
Background
The award is named in honor of Bob Scott, the legendary former Johns Hopkins head coach and National Lacrosse Hall of Fame member. During his tenure from 1955 to 1974, Scott led Johns Hopkins to 158 wins and seven national championships.

Riley Curtis Campbell a.k.a. Curt- Goalie - # 1
Shorecrest High School
Riley just started playing this year and took his experience playing catcher in baseball to tracking the ball as a goalie. He quickly picked it up and became a favorite teammate, so much so that he entered our first two Varsity games to raucous cheers and tallied some saves.
Don’t let Riley’s mellow nature fool you though, cause he wants to come out of the cage and bury somebody hard, sometimes leaving a trail of friendly fire in his wake. He is a genuinely smart kid who has a penchant for gathering data and statistics and working it into his conversations and debates. He is funny and is of true character, which will help guide him towards interesting opportunities in the future.
